Communication – The Key to a Successful Transaction

We at Alex Lowery Real Estate believe that the selling of your home can be an incredibly stressful time, and one that we strive to make less so through streamlined communication with our clients. We will discuss a communication plan with you that include feedback on open houses, showings, and comparable properties. To do this we utilize both traditional phone and face to face communication, weekly email market reports, and search engine statistics. We also provide you with your search results from REALTOR.com.
The 3 C’s of Real Estate

1. Agent/Potential Buyer Feedback
Immediately following a showing we will either call or text (your preference) you to discuss our feelings on the showing. Although this is purely speculative, we will discuss the potential buyer, their body language and answers they provide to many probing questions we tactfully ask. In addition to this we will follow up with each agent via email and phone calls requesting feedback from both their clients and the agent on your property. Our goal is to gain a better understanding of what they liked/did not like about your home, and how they feel your home is positioned against competition in the marketplace.

2. Centralized Showing Service (CSS)   How to Use CSS   Showing Tips
By using the state of the art computer system, Centralized Showing Service (CSS), professional showing operators can schedule showings in one-tenth the time of most other real estate companies. CSS generates a complete record of everyone who has shown your home, making follow-ups easier. Thus, we are able to secure quicker feed back and more second appointments. Detailed showing reports will be provided and you can access the CSS website and view your showing history.  Buyer’s Agents can enter feedback into a seller report to let you know the areas that may need your attention. You actually receive better and timelier feedback through the CSS email feedback system. Sellers can contact CSS directly to change their showing instructions or reschedule appointments even after standard office hours.
